There is an expectation that Members of the Guild live their lives under the
Pusey Guild Green Rule of Life which is modelled on the Full SSC Rule To see a copy click Pusey Guild Green Rule * Ordinand/s - this term is now used quite widely in some parts of the Anglican Communion.
The Society of the Holy Cross concurs with the traditional understanding that a person is not an Ordinand until their Bishop has formally agreed to sponsor them to train for potential ordination. The Pusey Guild is not open to people prior to a Bishop's Advisory Panel and we would encourage you to be in contact with a SSC Priest, who will support you in your exploration of vocation and your faith journey. SSC is also keen to support other traditionalist ordinands that find themselves in non-society parishes - please be in touch with Fr Simon. |
